Chairman, Founder & CEO
Raj Mamodia is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brillio. He founded Brillio in 2014 to help businesses turn disruptions into competitive advantages through innovative digital adoption. In the past, Raj served in various technology and management positions at Larsen & Toubro Limited, IBM, and Cognizant.
Raj is also the founder of a non-governmental organization called Brillio Bringing Smiles, aimed at empowering children to be self-sufficient, independent, and happy citizens. In 2017, he was honored with the American Business Award and the Mid-Market Social Impact Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology in India and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.

Vikram S. Pandit is Chairman and CEO of The Orogen Group. Orogen makes significant long-term strategic investments in financial services companies and related businesses.
Vikram joined Morgan Stanley in 1983 and later became President and COO of the company’s institutional securities and investment banking businesses. Subsequently, he became a founding member and chairman of the members committee of Old Lane, LP. When Old Lane was acquired by Citigroup in 2007, he became Chairman and CEO of Citi Alternative Investments and later led Citi’s Institutional Clients Group. He became CEO of Citigroup in December 2007.
Vikram earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering from Columbia University and received his Ph.D. in finance from Columbia in 1986.

Pavninder Singh is a Partner in Bain Capital Private Equity, based in Mumbai. He is a Partner in the Financial and Business Services and Industrial and Energy Verticals, and a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to that he was based in the New York office as part of the North American Private Equity industrials team. He joined Bain Capital in 2001, prior to which he was the Co-CEO of Medrishi.com and worked as a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting where he consulted in the e-commerce, retail and energy industries.
Pavninder has an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. He also has a BA from Harvard College.

Ashish Singh joined Bain & Company in 1993 and is currently an Advisory Partner based in Boston. He has worked in virtually every industry sector during his tenure at Bain, on many aspects of strategy, operations, organization, and M&A. He led the founding of several Bain practice areas, including Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise Software, and Media & Entertainment.
In 2005, he started Bain’s operations in South Asia, and served as the leader of that geographic market until 2015. He then led Bain’s foray into the Healthcare Services space, building the Payer-Provider practice and engaging as Bain clients 3 of the 5 largest US healthcare services companies. He was elected to serve two terms on Bain’s global Board of Directors (2012-2018). He also served as the Global Practice Leader for Bain Healthcare (2012-2018).
Ashish graduated with honors in economics from Harvard College and completed his MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Melissa Bethell brings nearly three decades of strategy, technology, and investment experience globally, primarily in the retail and consumer goods sectors. She is a non-executive director of Diageo plc, Exor NV and Tesco plc. She is also a Senior Advisor at Atairos, an investment fund backed by Comcast NBCUniversal, and Chair of Ocean Outdoor, an Atairos investee company. She previously held non-executive director positions at Samsonite, Worldpay and Atento.
Melissa previously served as a Managing Director at Bain Capital, including as a member of the European senior leadership team responsible for strategy setting, fundraising, and portfolio management. During her 18 years at Bain Capital, she co-led Media, Technology, and Telecom investing, working on complex transactions and strategic transformations in Europe, the US, as well as Latin America. Prior to that, she worked in the Capital Markets group at Goldman Sachs & Co. with a focus on media and technology.
Melissa has an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and received a BA with honors in Political Science and Economics from Stanford University.

Robert E. Sell was formerly the group chief executive of Accenture’s $10.2 billion Communications, Media and Technology Operating Group. During his leadership tenure, CMT was the fastest growing operating group at Accenture, and, by the time of his retirement, it had become the second largest and most profitable.
During his more than three decades at Accenture, Robert was an officer of the company and a member of the Global Management Committee and Leadership Council. Robert also consulted in the pharmaceutical and medical products industries. He has served on several boards.
Robert is involved in several community-based programs and philanthropic activities. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he received a bachelor’s in economics from Lafayette College.
