The client is a leading communications company known for its innovative work in Telecommunications, Information and technology, and consumer electronics. Today, LLM technology offers substantial business benefits by automating tasks like language generation, data processing, and model inference, thereby enhancing efficiency and decision-making. To gain a strategic competitive advantage using AI, the client recognized the necessity of building a centralized portal that would facilitate the seamless onboarding of LLM-based use cases such as Text Summarization, Report Summarization, Text Classification, etc., with minimal or no coding requirements.

Brillio, renowned for its expertise in AI and innovation coupled with a challenger’s mindset, was selected to lead the initiative after intensive evaluation and intense competition through the RFP process. Recognizing the complexity and challenges of integrating AI into the company’s ecosystem, Brillio recommended a solution that harnesses the power of data science to automate the entire workflow. It would allow teams to build and experiment with models directly from the UI, significantly reducing the time and cost associated with the process and setup. Brillio’s LLM platform featured a RAG system for direct data interpretation, a Prompt Playground for testing prompts across various LLMs, and a Model Leaderboard for identifying the best performing models. It simplified the inferencing process and provided a unified system for budget tracking. This comprehensive toolset made the portal an efficient, user-friendly, and cost-effective solution for leveraging LLMs.

The transformative benefits of the Platform were evident as LLM use cases could now be seamlessly onboarded within hours via the portal, with automated infrastructure provisioning ensuring cost and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Moreover, deep learning scripts enabled users to easily fine-tune and evaluate base models, leverage quantitative performance metrics to identify the most suitable model candidates for their specific use cases. A significant increase in user adoption was achieved as minimal to no coding knowledge is required to use the portal.
