Most enterprises have an impressive AI pilot under their belt, a demo that wowed leadership and sparked big ambitions. Yet months later, those same projects stall, delivering little lasting value. The uncomfortable truth? Real AI advantage isn’t about chasing smarter models. It’s about building smarter architectures that can harness them for scalable, reliable impact.
