Project execution was transformed through automated pipelines, hold/replay workflows via Azure Storage Queues, and rule-based notifications with Azure Communication Services – all surfaced through Power BI dashboards and embedded analytics.
The platform introduced real-time milestone tracking, centralized KPI management, and role-based access across delivery teams and external partners. With support for 2,000+ users and 200+ concurrent sessions, the system enabled forward-looking governance, reduced manual tracking, and ensured secure, scalable performance. Brillio’s phased rollout, driven by collaborative wireframing and UX workshops, delivered a future-ready foundation for faster, smarter delivery at enterprise scale, with minimal disruption.
