Evolving technology was impacting Invoca’s ability to bring complete call intelligence to their clients. Recorded call intelligence wasn’t available in Salesforce to drive campaigns and sales conversion. They needed rich call attribution to make connections between email, social media campaigns, and phone conversations. With multiple clients serving customers in different industries, they sought a solution that could scale to many B2C cases and a variety of campaigns.
Solution
Without their own in-house expertise with developing products on the Salesforce platforms, Invoca selected Brillio for their experience building with the Salesforce AppExchange. The resulting app, Invoca for Salesforce, integrates Invoca’s Voice Platform call intelligence into actionable Salesforce data so sales teams can easily access, automate, and analyze customer conversations. Invoca bridged the gap between call intelligence and digital sales and marketing for their customers with a minimal viable product (MVP) in just three months. Invoca for Salesforce provides marketing call attribution and sales conversation intelligence within Salesforce with a flexible product architecture to support large data volume, B2C use cases, and B2B cases.
