We took a disjointed and overly complex Salesforce platform and turned it into a customized, streamlined experience that put the end users first. Using extensive research and collaboration with stakeholders, we designed a platform that feels intuitive and integrates seamlessly into user workflows.
Our client’s current quality assurance platform was too complex and inefficient. It lacked the customization and streamlining necessary to increase user productivity. Also, the platform’s inability to scale hindered both growth and the business’ expansion.
To address these issues, we adopted a user-centered approach. We conducted stakeholder workshops, user interviews, and developed personas and journey maps. Through research, we identified gaps, then created a strategic action plan. In the design phase, we created wireframes based on user feedback, iterated, and developed a responsive UI design.
The harmonized collaboration between the design and tech teams and building of custom, reusable components help developers by making it easier to plug them in future recurring projects. The business impact is larger on the tech side of design, keeping the experience consistent across all user personas. User flows and design system played a strong role in its deployment and usability.
