About the Client
The client is an American multinational company headquartered in New York City, and one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, consistently ranking on the Fortune 500 list of the largest U.S. corporations.
Customer Challenge:
The client sought to implement Azure Foundation Setup, which involved core cloud design with subscriptions and accounts. They needed assistance with various tasks, including setting up external network connectivity through VNETs, Subnets, Peering, and VPN setup.
Additionally, they required the creation of storage accounts, AD Sync, and image hardening, as well as OS baselining. Another crucial requirement was the setup of Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), including the creation of host pools, configuration of virtual machines (VMs), image OS version (multi-session), and disk types.
Furthermore, they needed assistance with configuring the Windows Virtual Desktop Tenant and integrating it with their existing Citrix farm.

- Created Resource Groups, Virtual Networks and Storage accounts using Templates.
- Active Directory sync configuration using Azure AD Connect.
