Raj Mamodia is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brillio. He founded Brillio in 2014 to help businesses turn disruptions into competitive advantages through innovative digital adoption. In the past, Raj served in various technology and management positions at Larsen & Toubro Limited, IBM, and Cognizant.

Raj is also the founder of a non-governmental organization called Brillio Bringing Smiles, aimed at empowering children to be self-sufficient, independent, and happy citizens. In 2017, he was honored with the American Business Award and the Mid-Market Social Impact Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology in India and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.

Vikram S. Pandit is Chairman and CEO of The Orogen Group. Orogen makes significant long-term strategic investments in financial services companies and related businesses.

Vikram joined Morgan Stanley in 1983 and later became President and COO of the company’s institutional securities and investment banking businesses. Subsequently, he became a founding member and chairman of the members committee of Old Lane, LP. When Old Lane was acquired by Citigroup in 2007, he became Chairman and CEO of Citi Alternative Investments and later led Citi’s Institutional Clients Group. He became CEO of Citigroup in December 2007.

Vikram earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering from Columbia University and received his Ph.D. in finance from Columbia in 1986.

Pavninder Singh is a Partner in Bain Capital Private Equity, based in Mumbai. He is a Partner in the Financial and Business Services and Industrial and Energy Verticals, and a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to that he was based in the New York office as part of the North American Private Equity industrials team. He joined Bain Capital in 2001, prior to which he was the Co-CEO of Medrishi.com and worked as a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting where he consulted in the e-commerce, retail and energy industries.

Pavninder has an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. He also has a BA from Harvard College.

Ashish Singh joined Bain & Company in 1993 and is currently an Advisory Partner based in Boston. He has worked in virtually every industry sector during his tenure at Bain, on many aspects of strategy, operations, organization, and M&A. He led the founding of several Bain practice areas, including Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise Software, and Media & Entertainment. 

In 2005, he started Bain’s operations in South Asia, and served as the leader of that geographic market until 2015. He then led Bain’s foray into the Healthcare Services space, building the Payer-Provider practice and engaging as Bain clients 3 of the 5 largest US healthcare services companies. He was elected to serve two terms on Bain’s global Board of Directors (2012-2018). He also served as the Global Practice Leader for Bain Healthcare (2012-2018).  

Ashish graduated with honors in economics from Harvard College and completed his MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. 

Melissa Bethell brings nearly three decades of strategy, technology, and investment experience globally, primarily in the retail and consumer goods sectors. She is a non-executive director of Diageo plc, Exor NV and Tesco plc. She is also a Senior Advisor at Atairos, an investment fund backed by Comcast NBCUniversal, and Chair of Ocean Outdoor, an Atairos investee company. She previously held non-executive director positions at Samsonite, Worldpay and Atento.

Melissa previously served as a Managing Director at Bain Capital, including as a member of the European senior leadership team responsible for strategy setting, fundraising, and portfolio management. During her 18 years at Bain Capital, she co-led Media, Technology, and Telecom investing, working on complex transactions and strategic transformations in Europe, the US, as well as Latin America. Prior to that, she worked in the Capital Markets group at Goldman Sachs & Co. with a focus on media and technology.

Melissa has an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and received a BA with honors in Political Science and Economics from Stanford University.

Robert E. Sell was formerly the group chief executive of Accenture’s $10.2 billion Communications, Media and Technology Operating Group. During his leadership tenure, CMT was the fastest growing operating group at Accenture, and, by the time of his retirement, it had become the second largest and most profitable.

During his more than three decades at Accenture, Robert was an officer of the company and a member of the Global Management Committee and Leadership Council. Robert also consulted in the pharmaceutical and medical products industries. He has served on several boards.

Robert is involved in several community-based programs and philanthropic activities. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he received a bachelor’s in economics from Lafayette College.

Jitendra Kukday is the Head of the Growth Office at Brillio and is responsible for driving systemic net new growth via our Strategic Growth Leadership team, our service line sales leadership and Enterprise Alliances. Jitendra is also responsible for driving large strategic deals globally across all industries. In addition, he leads incubation (both markets and delivery) of new services such as Business Services / Operations.

Jitendra is a global services leader with more than 28 years of experience across IT and BPO, with deep expertise in Products and Resources, Insurance, Healthcare, Information services and Media. He has worked closely with C-level executives to modernize, end to end, IT and Business operations in key areas such as direct-to-consumer sales, agency management, servicing, and claims. He has envisioned and executed next-generation operating models, balancing EBITDA improvement, growth and end customer experience. He has also led multibillion dollar global deals in a variety of commercial constructs such as BPaaS, SaaS, outcome-based pricing and spanning a variety of sourcing constructs from large scale Global outsourcing to virtual captive setups and captive acquisitions.

He lives in Golden, Colorado with his family. He is passionate about ranching and very actively involved in the farm and ranching community in Colorado and the Midwest.

Chander Damodaran is the Chief Technology Officer at Brillio, where he leads the innovation charter, advising his customers on digital and AI initiatives, additionally, he also owns the product development of Brillio’s Agentic accelerator platform (ADAM) and heads the delivery for Brillio.

A problem solver and evangelist, Chander is focused on applying the right mix of business and technical competencies to solve large business problems. He thrives in fuzziness and loves defining the blueprint for digital transformation with clear outcomes and elevated customer experience.

In the past, Chander served in various technology and delivery positions at both product and service firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from Bangalore University in India and is a member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Ranjan is the Chief Financial Officer at Brillio and brings more than two decades of IT services industry and financial leadership experience. He has led complex financial operations at multinational companies with a proven track record of achieving targeted metrics and delivering strong results and shareholder value.  

Ranjan’s notable prior experience includes as EVP and CFO of Virtusa, a Nasdaq-listed company, where he was instrumental in the company’s revenue growth from $100 million to more than $1.2 billion by providing leadership to Virtusa’s s global finance team, as well as advising the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors on development of business and capitalization strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term financial planning. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee at Polaris Consulting Services from 2016 to 2018. 

Sridhar is the Chief HR Officer at Brillio. As a founding leadership team member of Brillio, Sridhar has played an instrumental role its journey, contributing across several critical areas. He brings exceptional leadership, deep technical expertise, and a profound understanding of Brillio. A true champion of our culture, he has mentored numerous leaders who continue to thrive across the organization.

Sridhar in his previous roles has built and scaled global technology practices, setting up large delivery teams, and driving various initiatives around capability development, people practices, and leadership development.

He plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission of growing by staying relevant to its customers, particularly in the dynamic era of AI.  He is passinate about driving a consistent and authentic demonstration of Brillio’s culture, cultivating a global pipeline of leaders, and creating an environment for people to realize their full potential.

Sandeep Rane is the Head of AI Operations at Brillio, responsible for accelerating Brillio’s transformation into an Agentic Enterprise. In this role, he sets the strategic direction for AI-led operations, driving large-scale adoption of agentic systems, fostering a culture of technology innovation, and shaping operating models aligned with evolving business priorities.

Over a career span of more than 28 years, Sandeep has built and managed large delivery units, developed strong teams and capabilities, and led complex digital transformation initiatives across a wide spectrum of business domains and technologies.

Sandeep holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela, India.

Kathleen Ulrich is the Head of Marketing at Brillio and at the forefront of the company’s growth strategy. Leading a global marketing team, her focus is on strengthening the Brillio brand in the marketplace. She is responsible for brand, content, digital marketing, social media, corporate communications, industry analysts, media relations, research, and insights. Her multifaceted leadership experience motivates global, cross-functional teams to deliver on goals under a shared strategic brand vision. 

Prior to her role at Brillio, Kathleen held significant marketing leadership positions at Wipro, Designit, and TCS Interactive. In these positions, she was responsible for leading various roles such as PR, corporate communications, and brand strategy, showcasing her diverse and extensive background in the field. 

Dragos Stoica is Country Head – Romania, driving the company’s growth and success. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Dragos has built a diverse skill set, working as an Agile coach, project manager, and practice lead for cloud application development. His leadership combines deep technical expertise with a strong strategic vision. He holds a PhD in Management Information Systems from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. 

In his role as the Country Manager, Dragos oversees all aspects of Brillio Romania’s operations, from business development and client relationships to team leadership and talent growth. He is also responsible for ensuring the company’s continued expansion in the region, fostering innovation, and maintaining a high standard of excellence across all projects.

Raúl is Country Head – Mexico. He is a passionate leader with extensive experience in building high-performance teams and driving technological leadership.  

During his 20 years at HP Guadalajara, he developed global experience centers for IT, PMO, and strategic planning. He also helped create 3,500 jobs in Jalisco and led operations in countries such as Mexico, Brazil, and India.  

At BMC, he established a regional support center and defined growth strategies for professional services. Currently, he heads the region for Brillio, focusing on custom software development and digital transformation for U.S. clients.  

Raúl holds a degree in Computer Systems and a Master’s in Management. He is pursuing a PhD in High-Tech Leadership. 

Daniel Henry is a seasoned technology executive with a proven track record in global digital transformation. As Global CIO of McDonald’s from 2017, he led the technology strategy across 40,000+ restaurants in 120 countries, serving over 70 million customers daily. He was responsible for the full technology portfolio including restaurant systems, digital platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management with oversight of over $1 billion in annual system spend.

Daniel spearheaded the modernization of McDonald’s global technology stack, led critical tech acquisitions, and developed sourcing strategies to accelerate innovation and efficiency. He previously held senior technology roles at American Airlines, overseeing all customer-facing platforms for the world’s largest airline.

His experience spans enterprise platform deployment, outsourcing, M&A, security, and talent development. A champion of DEI, he has supported programs like Girls Who Code and introduced tech degrees for restaurant managers. Daniel is a CIO 100 and Crain’s Tech 50 CIO awardee and has served on boards including Ronald McDonald House Charities and Dynamic Yield.

Vicki Perryman is a transformational executive and strategic advisor with more than 35 years of experience driving customer-centric growth, operational excellence, and digital modernization—particularly across the healthcare and life sciences landscape. She currently serves as President and Operating Manager at Edgewater Ventures Group, where she advises C-suite leaders on business transformation, leadership development, and risk management, with a strong focus on the evolving needs of health-driven enterprises.

As Senior Vice President at Humana, Vicki led a global organization of 26,000 associates and oversaw operations impacting over 22 million members. She spearheaded an enterprise-wide customer experience transformation that resulted in a 78% increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS) and earned top national rankings from Forrester and Newsweek. Her leadership helped Humana redefine its member engagement strategy and establish itself as a customer experience leader in healthcare.

Throughout her career, Vicki has held senior roles at eBay, Cardinal Health, Wells Fargo, and JPMorgan Chase—bringing a unique blend of healthcare, life sciences, fintech, and ecommerce expertise. At Cardinal Health, she drove initiatives that enhanced operational agility and improved outcomes across provider and patient ecosystems.

Renowned for translating complex data into actionable insights, Vicki builds high-performance teams and fosters inclusive, purpose-driven cultures. Her deep industry knowledge and cross-sector experience uniquely position her to guide organizations through large-scale transformation, particularly in the health and life sciences sectors navigating rapid change and innovation.

Rima Qureshi is a seasoned global C-suite executive and board director with a distinguished career in the mobile and technology sectors. She currently serves on the Boards of Loblaw Companies Limited, British Telecom, and Mastercard Inc., bringing deep expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, and governance. Rima has previously held influential board roles with Great West Life and Wolters Kluwer.

Her executive career spans leadership roles at major global firms, including CEO North America at Ericsson and Chief Strategy Officer at Verizon. In these roles, she led multi-billion-dollar businesses, global teams, strategic partnerships, and complex M&A initiatives across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Known for her ability to blend strategic vision with operational excellence, Rima is passionate about driving customer-centric innovation and long-term business performance. A global citizen with professional experience across three continents, she brings cross-cultural insight and a future-focused mindset to every role.

Recognized as a leading voice in technology and governance, Rima was honored with the 2024 GSMA Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Mobile Industry. She is a frequent speaker on AI, board leadership, and the evolving role of technology in shaping global business.
