Our team redesigned and unified the websites of a major Life Science company into a seamless user experience in collaboration with stakeholders. The result was a user-centric website that enhanced usability and brand consistency while supporting organizational goals.
Users struggled to find relevant clinical trials quickly due to a complex search process and numerous irrelevant results. Saving and accessing trials was unintuitive, causing confusion and reducing productivity.
Poor navigation and missing advanced search features resulted in friction.
To address these issues, we adopted a user-centered approach.
We conducted stakeholder workshops, user interviews, and developed personas and journey maps. Through research, we identified gaps, then created a strategic action plan. In the design phase, we created wireframes based on user feedback, iterated, and developed a responsive UI design.
We successfully streamlined the clinical trial search, reworked the navigation to feel intuitive, improved search capabilities, enhanced functionality and resolved issues with saving/viewing clinical trials. Effectively, the heightened usability reduced time spent on a singular task while improving task success rates of users.
