Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is a leading North American distributor of building materials focused on meeting and exceeding the needs of local construction trades with best-in-class products and services.

Being the leading distributor of building materials, the client was looking forward to scaling the business with new B2B and B2C commerce as their major channel for distribution. The client always believed in providing a world-class experience to the customers and wanted to explore new commerce channels to onboard new customers, double their revenue, and improve the experience of existing customers.

With the 24/7 eCommerce site, the client wanted a seamless integration of different systems with a well-designed and smooth UI.

Brillio’s Solution

The client chose Brillio as the key partner to drive efficiency and sales in a complex buying system. Brillio enabled the client’s vision with expert-designed user experience on SAP Commerce cloud and integrated Infor ERP with SAP hybris. With best-in-class Engineering practices, technology, and skillsets, Brillio helped the client achieve the aim of driving efficiency with a 24/7 unique buying experience.

The entire transformation has enabled the Business Teams to maximize efficiency and helped them simplify the complex buying system.

Here is the approach followed:

  • Brillio designed B2B and B2C websites that were built on SAP. Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris) platform to enhance the User Experience

  • Brillio team integrated Infor ERP with SAP Hybris for efficient order management and fulfillment cycle.

  • Brillio team worked on effective integration of Avalara Tax System, Syndigo Content Management, and First Data payment integration for multi-geo multi-currency scenario

  • To drive efficiency for maximum output, Brillio integrated Marketing Cloud with Commerce and built Mobile Application for customer.
