Accordingly, I am delighted to share the news of our acquisition of Cognetik, a marketing analytics and customer experience optimization company. The acquisition was announced July 7,2020, and it marks the latest milestone of Brillio’s growth.
I am honored to be nominated by Brillio’s CEO Raj Mamodia to serve as the integration sponsor for this acquisition. Our entire leadership team is excited to welcome the fantastic team from Cognetik that has driven their growth since the Company’s inception in 2015. Cognetik’s capabilities complement Brillio’s existing capabilities in the analytics space, and their expertise in product analytics, marketing analytics, multi-channel experience optimization on leading platforms such as Adobe add strength to Brillio’s ability to help our clients curate personalized, omni-channel customer experiences. Cognetik has built an enviable client list of brands in the CPG and Retail space—such as Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Facebook and eBay to name a few.
Brillio has long considered Eastern Europe to expand our global delivery operations. Cognetik’s Romania based delivery center aligns perfectly with our strategy to have an expanded global service delivery capability, in addition to our established presence in India. We now have access to additional great talent and improved proximity to our customers in UK and the EU. Going forward, we can offer a nearshore option to our US and UK based customers.
