Forrester’s report highlights Brillio as a midsize Salesforce implementation partner in the Technology Services firms category – the category with highest capabilities across functionality segments, with demonstrated high expertise in its implementation and support capabilities, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, and Mulesoft. This category of vendors has been reported to be adept at complex rollouts, platform projects, integration work, and longer-term support.
