Stratford School offers an unparalleled education where tradition meets 21st century learning. With 23 campuses across the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, Stratford employs more than 900 faculty and staff and serves 3,000 children from preschool through 8th grade, extended care, and summer programs.

Business Challenge

For its extended care program, Stratford School used an inefficient and costly paper-based enrollment system that didn’t enable parents with self-service. With multiple locations and growing campuses, they needed a nimble online system that could scale with their school.


Brillio leveraged the Salesforce Community Cloud to create a secure self-service portal for parents. Combining Salesforce Sales Cloud with the Chargent Payment Processor captures student enrollment status, setting up monthly recurring online payments, generating summary receipts, and triggering email notifications. Using Mulesoft, payments, orders, and ledger items are integrated between Community Cloud, Chargent, and NetSuite.

By looking at the issues from the parents’ and administrators’ perspectives, Comity created an easy-to-use portal for parents and internal dashboards and reports that streamlined the enrollment process for administrators.
