As a networking systems, services and software company, the customer helps create dynamic network in response to the constantly changing demands of their customer’s users.
They wanted to embark on working with Open source communities to strengthen orchestration solutions and focus on newer revenue channels through value added services. They turned to Brillio to assess their current strategy and validate their roadmap on how to move forward and provide scenario-based ROIs based on various levers.
Brillio’s team executed a 6-week assessment exercise on the customer’s business priorities. We adopted a 3 Step assessment strategy to Define, Identify and Recommend that would enable the customer’s team with a growth strategy on their investment priorities and increase return on investment for their orchestration business. The six-week exercise revealed the need for a more focused market strategy and building potential industry-specific products.
