Through 2019, and now in 2020, Brillio has onboarded key people in leadership roles—Aftab Ullah as the Chief Operating & Delivery Officer (COO) and Joseph King as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The most recent addition to Brillio’s Executive Leadership Team are Sridhar Ramasubbu, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Megan Ackerson, Chief People Officer (CPO).

Sridhar has a proven track record of helping both private and public companies accelerate growth and achieve scale. He’s spent 20+ years at Wipro playing a pivotal role in expansion into international markets, IPO in NYSE & M&A initiatives and later in his career, successfully turned around an advanced analytics tech start-up. Sridhar’s experience in navigating high growth companies, developing new business strategies and his overall operational mindset will help Brillio manage, scale and evolve the business as we continue to accelerate our momentum.
He’s motivated by understanding the customers he serves, providing value at all levels of business while building strong relationships with his colleagues. Sridhar’s expertise will further enhance the impact in the areas of business excellence, investment ROI, predictability and accountability in financial performance for Brillio.
About Megan Ackerson:
Megan joins Brillio with a proven ability to build high caliber teams and enable business strategies for growth. She’s spent her last 13.5 years at Hitachi Vantara, 7 of them as the VP of Global HR Business Partnership by leading a team of global HRBPs who drove human capital plans with the senior executives. She exemplifies Brillio values, and her extensive HR experience on a global scale is second to none.
Megan is recognized as a mission-driven change agent and brings over 20 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnership, leading global transformation initiatives, cross-functional operational model and process design, and leading HR M&A tracks from due diligence through integration.
She is persistently focused on a data-driven approach, customer and employee experience and always on the lookout for ways to continue to evolve and modernize the partnership, services and operations of an HR organization. This focus comes from experience as an HRBP and previous experience in HR Operational roles at Cisco –PMO, process design, mobility, compensation, and more.
