Brillio wins the Best Customer Experience Award For The Consumer Goods Industry

The 10th Edition of The Customer FEST Show was held on 8th-9th February 2017 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. The 2 day event had keynotes, panel sessions, case studies and presentations on Loyalty, Big Data, Analytics, Digital, Customer Experience & Centricity. There were around 300-325 attendees who attended this edition.

The 2 day schedule had 2 conferences running parallel to each other i.e Customer Loyalty Summit & Customer Engagement Summit.

The event also had the Customer Experience Awards function, nominations for which had been done much before the event. The Customer Experience Awards is born out of a simple vision: to create an event which will honour the highest level of achievement in customer experience across the Indian community. These Awards pays tribute to organizations and inspiring role models that lead the way. They form the industry’s benchmark in terms of best practice and process excellence and provide an opportunity for CEM professionals to gain recognition for their achievements and initiative

Brillio participated in the awards by nominating for one of the categories – ‘Best Customer Experience Award for the Consumer Goods Industry’ and was adjudged the winner for the same. The awards had nominations from as many as 75 companies including HP India, Tata Technologies, Citi Bank, Lenovo, Hexaware Tech, ITC Infotech, Thomas Cook, Nestle India, etc and were judged by an eminent panel of judges from companies such as Raymond, Shoppers Stop, HDFC Life, HyperCITY Retail, etc. They  were evaluated on parameters like written case of recognition, business rationale & context, innovative & Creative Solution, contact Centre &  Technology; outstanding customer experience achieved and effective implementation & business impact.
