Brillio wins Multiple Awards at the BusinessWorld HR Excellence Awards

Brillio, a global technology consulting and business solutions company focused on digital technologies and big data analytics, today announced that it was recognized with 3 awards at the Business World HR Excellence Awards (Excellence in Talent Retention, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) being hosted in Mumbai on 4th October, organized by Business World.

Brillio won awards across the following categories:

  1. HR Execution Excellence in Talent Retention – Brillio was rewarded for clear and focused efforts to retain workforce within the organization and doing all that required to do so. At Brillio, through innovative people practices, we brought in a cultural transformation within the organisation and moved from a traditional IT services firm to a truly global digital services provider. We achieved this transformation by aligning HR people practices to the new vision and mission of the organization which would now purely focus on developing and deploying disruptive digital solutions. Through our innovative people strategies & customized interventions we transformed Brillio immensely. Some of the metrics that convey this transformation journey in these past 24 months were a positive change in our ESAT, CSAT and attrition numbers.   1. HR Execution Excellence in Learning & Development –We were recognized for effectively implementing the best practices in Learning & Development. This award recognized Brillio for having well aligned L&D practices to business goals and continuously improvised Learning & Development process inculcating the desired competencies, skills and values in the workforce hence increasing the productivity, with clearly defined metrics and measurable results to gauge the impact. L&D team at Brillio embraced the new way of doing things which is largely virtual, cloud-based learning platform self-paced, accessible anytime and anywhere. Learning Academy enables speed and agility of Brillians and ensures Brillians are geared up for “New Know How”.
  1. HR Execution Excellence in Talent Acquisition – This award category recognized Brillio for having highly effective and efficient Talent Acquisition process producing desired results. The TA team worked on changing the talent profile of the company and bring a large pool of highly specialized engineers in emerging technologies in the data and digital space. The award was given for Brillio’s clear focus on Quality of Hire, Improve fulfilment predictability and improved turnaround time. Brillio’s focus on business context meant that we would focus on only top 3 priorities while acquiring the niche skills that businesses required towards this transformational journey. We aimed at being an agile talent fulfilment team which demanded that we ensured a faster turnaround time.
