Abhishek Ranjan Awarded the 100 Most Impactful CSR Leaders

Mr Abhishek Ranjan, who heads Sustainability and CSR at Brillio, won the “100 Most Impactful CSR Leaders (Global Listing)” at the World CSR Congress. This was organized by World CSR Day Organization.

The 100 Most Impactful CSR Leaders (Global Listing) is a tribute to those who are missionaries and passionate about CSR. Those Leaders who have believed that CSR Leadership must contribute to Social change are recognised. The World CSR Day pays a tribute to such leaders who are transformational agents. Such Leaders who are impactful & believe that there is a MAD approach to their work (Making A Difference). The approach is driven by passion & commitment towards Social Change.

The awards had a stringent criteria for choosing the most impactful CSR leaders. Along with Personal Credibility, Integrity & Ethics, the leaders were required to come up with Innovative Sustainable Solutions in their CSR approach. Building Collaborative Relationships and having a strategic perspective was another key requirement. Their Involvement in Communities & Protection of the Environment was of utmost importance.

The 100 Most Impactful CSR Leaders (Global Listing) is intensely researched process undertaken by the research cell which consists of Post Graduates in History & Management with over 5 years research experience posts their studies. It is the iconic job of the research cell to produce a shortlist of Individuals who are doing extraordinary work and track the record of their achievements. The shortlist is then reviewed by a Jury comprising of senior professionals from across the globe.

Abhishek has also been awarded by India CSR as CSR Professional of the year 2016 – India. He has been invited by Plan India – Ministry of Women & Child Govt of India to speak on Child in Difficult circumstances. He also spoke at National CSR Conference by various other conferences organised by ISB Hyderabad, IIM Calcutta, IIT Delhi, JNU, IIFM, TESCO and others. Abhishek is also an avid blogger and his articles have been published by leading global publications.
