We want to support and invest in a new digital economy through smart classes, e-learning projects, innovation workshops, interactive self-learning initiatives and active skills sharing. Along with our umbrella of NGO partners, we co-innovate, and intend to scale up in this space. End-to-end project management of all our programs is taken care in-house, by the CSR team; and with the help of our employees, either physically or digitally. Few of our projects include Brillio iMobile Lab, e-teaching program, hosting Digital Day and Science day, IT infrastructure support for schools and colleges.
About the Award
National CSR Leadership Congress and Awards is given by the organization “World CSR Day” and is the 5th edition of the ceremony. The award was presented across 27categories like Best Overall Excellence in CSR, Best Education Improvement Award, Best CSR Newcomer, Water Company of the Year, etc. The aim of National CSR Leadership Congress and Awards is to felicitate those organizations & individuals who have embraced CSR & sustainability agenda and have delivered not just a neutral impact on the environment as a consequence, but a clear benefit. The CSR National Leadership Award instituted by World CSR Day and World Sustainability Organization is intensely researched. The research cell consists of postgraduates in psychology, sociology, history and management, with over 10-year research experience. The team shortlists organizations who are doing extraordinary work and track their achievements. The list is then reviewed by a jury consisting of senior leaders, researchers and academicians. The jury examines sustainable mobilization of resources in support of a programme and project work, including support from local communities, incorporation of ethical values, demonstration of efficient management of financial and human resources and good governance practices.
About Brillio CSR
Brillio, which is just two and half years old, has a very robust CSR practice. Internally, CSR is referred as the soul of the organization. Our CSR journey started in 2015 with the belief that to build a great company it is not enough just to develop great products and solutions but also contribute to the society. Brillio’s CSR initiatives are directly driven under the guidance of our CEO, Raj Mamodia, thereafter lead by the CSR team.
‘Bringing Smiles’ is the theme for our overall global CSR initiative. It essentially stands for bringing joy and smiles to young minds through digital technology and technology intervention. Brillio believes that as a technology company, along with business growth, we can also make an impact in society by providing technologies for education, digital literacy, and skill development. From the beginning, the company had a clear vision and focus on three areas: technology intervention and education, digital literacy and skill development with technology.
